0 16-Jan-2017, 07:01 AM (This post was last modified: 16-Jan-2017, 07:06 AM by fearfactorfred.) Im having issues with my spectrum sat rx's keeping bind. I have to rebind everytime i power up. Its happening to both my spectrum quads. I have kiss fc on both. Can someone tell me why and how to fix this please? Thanks.

74 You may already be doing this, but just to make sure:
When powering down, unplug the quad first, then turn off the transmitter.
When powering up, turn on the transmitter first, then plug in the quad. (Make sure the Tx is on the correct model first.)
(I had to mention this, because some DSM receivers go into bind mode immediately if a Tx signal is not found.)

If you are using Clean/Betaflight, you might check the spektrum_sat_bind parameter (in CLI type "get spektrum_sat_bind" - no quotes). It should be 0 - if not use "set spektrum_sat_bind=0" and "save". I can't suggest anything if you are using kiss firmware. Maybe someone else can chime in. Good luck!
