So what happened to KittyCopter FPV?
#1
So right after we got our first drone my kids and I were looking for FPV racing videos online. We came across the Hells Gate DRL race and my 6 year-old daughter lost her mind. "There's a girl pilot!" She went nuts about the fact that KittyCopter was a girl flying drones. Since then she's wanted to know more about her (and yes we know there are other well known female pilots) but I can't find anything. All the links from her name on DRL are broken, her instagram doesn't load. There's practically no mention of her in Google. What gives? Anyone know if she's still flying, I have a six year old here who really wants to know!

I'm not sure, but I suspect "Little A" is the same person. Little A publishes videos under "Angela Jacques" on youtube.

The reasons I think it might be the same person is she is a member of the DRL, she used to have a quad she named "SpaceCat", and all her videos are published in the category: Pets & Animals.

Hmm, not sure. KittyCopter had been listed as being from New York whereas Little A is listed as Mexico. I've seen articles where they're both mentioned too.

I had wondered though if KittyCopter had a name change since Googleing KittyCopter shows half the results are that one guys stuffed cat quadcopter. That doesn't make it tooo easy to market a pilot for places like DRL or ESPN. But I'd have expected to see something about the name change on DRL. DRL still has her listed as a pilot but the links are broken.

Little A is another potential role model for Aislin though, so thanks!

Check out ZoeFPV too. Rotor Riot visits her in an episode.

She's very unique as she's actually flying 3D quads in fpv. And a head taller than all the boys lol.

There are some girls on instagram. Show her #ladieslovefpv for instance.

EDIT: LOL I was flying with that girl last weekend. World is so small Big Grin

EDIT2: or there are not enough ladies flying so you recognize one after seeing her one time ;p
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car
