So this happened...
#1
So this happened yesterday flying with my wife, buddy, and brother in law. Was just getting warmed up, just flown my first pack and just started flying my second pack. I had been flying a course I sort of made up consisiting of a baseball diamond, basketball court, and 5 big trees off to the right. Well you sort of loop around the basketball hoop making sure you stay below the basket, from there you shoot a 4' wide opening in the fence in the back of the baseball diamond and go flat out to home plate. So about 4 laps in I am flying towards home plate full throttle, when a black object all of a sudden jumps in to frame, a loud bang is heard and I lose video. Right at this moment my buddy is yelling I think something hit me.

Sure enough he was the black object and I was definitely the one who hit him...  Well full punch out into another drone I figured our quads were toast.

Cross mount piece for the gopro mount is bent in from the impact

The motor bell has a slight indent and the camera is definitely not salvageable.

Not the best out come to the day, but we got a good laugh out of it. He got away with broken motor and esc and we both broke battery straps.

I wish I did! The extra battery strap I use to mount my gopro got commandeered by the wife because she had broken hers on the previous outting. I really wish I had it on though, would have made an excellent video.

I know I though the same, looked like maybe a new body and lense but then I took out the lense and saw the internals. No worries already got another swift 2 on order and some extra motors just in case one of those is bent. Thankfully everything arms and spins.
