Shrieker, wobbling... BlackBox logs may help.
#1
Hi,

I'm trying to tune my Shrieker small 130 quad.

Below are the logs over a short video.
The quad is wobbling a lot when throttle is increased independently of the attitude.
I changed the propellers but nothing changed.
I'm using Betaflight 2.6.1 stock PIDs and I have been always happy with that on my other quads.

Any hint on where to start tuning would be much appreciated as I'm not confident in my tuning skills  Rolleyes.

Thanks

Nobody to help me?

An advise on what to start changing would be great.
By instinct I would do primary changes in I(reduce) and D(increase). Is that correct?

Thanks

sorry for the late reply..

it would be easier if you upload the blackbox file in Dropbox / G Drive and share the link... check out this post: http://intofpv.com/t-read-before-posting...ackbox-log
it's hard to tell what is what in the video (traces)..

your D terms for all axis seem to be really noisy, try
set dterm_lowpass_hz = 20

you should see improvement right away.

also lower your P and D gain on Roll for 30%, P and D gain on Pitch for 10% and test it again.

Thanks Oscar.

Finally, yesterday, I was able to try the tuning parameters changes you recommended.

Those and the change of propellers (more rigid ones) have reduced a lot the wobbling problem.

Again, thanks for your help.
