100 sounds like it carries to much weight, what battery do you use?

41 Doesn't look like a big chunky battery on it, but maybe. I would say try some lower pitch props for starters and new props. Tighten all motor mount screws and maybe threadlock them too (or at the bare minimum threadlock 2 out of 4). Make sure the props are screwed/bolted down. That stutter didn't sound all that bad, like over in less than a second.
As BadRaven mentions, we need flight footage, also blackbox data if you have it. Beyond that post your config up and take some pictures of the quad and post them up here so we can have a look for anything obvious.

Edit: Guess that depends on how new yours is. It's possible yours has a BMI270 if it's a little older if I'm seeing things right.
