Shaking on high throttle - Cinelog20
#1
Hello

Have the cinelog 20. Recently developed shaking on high throttle and cant figure out why.

Inspected frame / props / screws.

Seeing if you can hear what's going in this video - 0:20 mark
https://youtu.be/NLL98vbbpOI?si=_O_uoVKvqAub46sf&t=19

Put the stock CLI back on and that didnt make a difference.

Thanks for any advice.

Check for loose motor screws? Or other loose screws.

I think we need onboard video, the scenery is nice, but................     Big Grin Big Grin

In any event if there's vibration now that wasn't there before, the most likely issue is the props, so I'd immediately change to new.

You say you have checked props, but are all the blades in line mark against frame, rotate and check others? That's the easiest to miss, esp inside ducts.

Put new props on, it solves 95% of vibration issues.

sounds like it carries to much weight, what battery do you use?

Doesn't look like a big chunky battery on it, but maybe. I would say try some lower pitch props for starters and new props. Tighten all motor mount screws and maybe threadlock them too (or at the bare minimum threadlock 2 out of 4). Make sure the props are screwed/bolted down. That stutter didn't sound all that bad, like over in less than a second.

As BadRaven mentions, we need flight footage, also blackbox data if you have it. Beyond that post your config up and take some pictures of the quad and post them up here so we can have a look for anything obvious.

I kinda wonder if this is more troubles with the ICM 42688-P. I get the same kind of thing. What version of Betaflight are you running?
Edit: Guess that depends on how new yours is. It's possible yours has a BMI270 if it's a little older if I'm seeing things right.
