Same cell dead in 4 separate 4S's
#1
I have been getting batteries over the winter and I have 4 different Tattu 4S 1800mAh (not the R-Line) and have kept them at a storage charge (checking about every other week) until about 3 weeks ago when the weather started getting better.  I just brought them out today and one cell (the same cell) on every battery is dead.  No voltage.  Ive tried putting charge into just the dead cell and it just gets hot fast.  Doesnt hold a charge.  Anyone else run into this before?  Maybe I should be looking at a different brand?

Scuse me for a that basic question - how do you check the voltage and charge?
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car

I have been using the balance port to monitor the voltage.  Mostly the charger because it reads all cells at the same time; but I use a multimeter when Im not at home.

have you double checked the dead cell with different equipment to make sure? Use your multimeter for this.
it just sounds very odd that the same cell in all packs died at the same time...
