11 Just wondering if TBS is a reputable place to order from? I live in the US so Hong Kong is not usually where we start looking but nobody that I can tell has it in the US. That brings an even bigger question... if their the only ones with it could it not be in stock even if the website says it is? Some places I have experience with will take your money and follow up with they are outta stock. Then your money is just kidnapped for a while. Thoughts....Here is what I’m considering.
TBS Unify Pro 5G8 HV SE (MMCX)

20 You are buying TBS product from TBS own shop, it should be kosher. Only downside is postage cost or delivery time during festive season/Covid. I have bought from them a few times and never had false in stock scenario.

6 I've purchase from them before just fine and I am currently waiting for my Tango 2 to ship. Just beware if what you are ordering is out of stock (preorder as they call it) the wait can be LONG. Ordered my Tango 2 the third week of October and still waiting.

388 TBS is fine to order from. But in the US, you have so many choices, why bother waiting. Price isn't any better.

786 Just keep in mind that buying from Hong Kong may attract import taxes and duties depending on what shipping option you choose. I don't know how the US deals with imported goods. I guess it might even be different per state.

11 Cool thanks for all the info. I did order from TBS. There is no taxes to pay so the shipping was a little more. I do see they charge more for ordering from TBS then if you got from say getfpv. It’s priced $5 higher. So that may be the tax right there lol. Anyways should be here in 2-3 days. I’ll post back when arrives.

11 23-Dec-2020, 11:34 PM (This post was last modified: 23-Dec-2020, 11:36 PM by Kevin2112.) Well I received my VTX today! So shopping from TBS directly turned out ok. Shipping was expensive coming from Hong Kong but it arrived safely and I guess is what matters. Next time I’ll try your suggestion voodoo. It was in stock and 5 dollars less. I guess that’s the value tax?
