Up to this day I didn't care about GoPro. Now I won't buy any of their products. Ever. I hope DJI sues them for making a quadcopter. It has 4 motors you know?

but... what about spare parts or support for R3? Did Runcam comment on this?

I kinda feel the same way.   It feels pretty stupid/petty.

After reviewing the facts - GoPro did nothing.

And that nothing made Runcam discontinue selling Runcam 3 on US and Canada markets, possibly other markets will follow.

So I should wait until some hard facts float to the surface before judging. I'll wait and see. *crawls back into his hole*

Personally I have always avoided GoPro as, for me, value doesnt match the very high price. Similar to $800 sweat pants... Sure they may be nice... But not THAT nice

A sure sign of when a company is well on the way to folding is when they start lobbing sueballs at the competition instead of innovating with new products and dropping prices on the old ones to bring more users into the fold.

I wonder what the Runcam Block is going to be? A smaller size cube shaped to avoid issues with GoPro?

I checked BG, only to see that they list the runcam3 "to be restocked" while allowing preorders... but that's probably not going to happen then.

Do you guys enjoy the quality of the vids ?
i gat no worries on full sun but sunset give me some hardcore luminosity variations....
i will soon test it without DWR.

When i last checked it was close to 1000 preorders... and over 4000 people having it on their wish list.

As long as they get 1,001 units in their first shipment, I'll be OK.  If all else fails, I'll go to plan B and spring for a GP Session.
