Blade (Horizon Hobby), proposes its new Blade Torrent 110. Small Quad has the super cool look to 110 mm format, comes complete version BNF (bind and fly) for radio owners Spektrum.
So on the packaging that the Torrent in itself, the quality of finish is to go as often with Horizon Hobby.
I had to fast to acquire (and yes they go like hotcakes). thanks to MCM Skyshop have been kind enough to put me aside!
For those familiar with the Blade inductrix, the resemblance is striking. We find the same principle of installation and protection of propellers. Protections are not flexible, allowing crash when not to break on the first shock.
However, as mentioned in the video, they do their job very well, and it allowed me to steal and crash a lot without breaking a single propeller!
In the box you will find the torrent Blade 110, a packet including a key has 6 sides, the colsons, double-sided, the replacement screws and a beautiful little clear manual.
Specifications
The video transmitter is installed in the upper part of the canopy with the type 'stick' of flexible antenna which directly fate. The frequency setting of it is directly above the canopy via a button, you can control your channel via small LED that are just nearby.
The camera is a 600 tvl with a FOV of 120 degrees. The image is decent for a camera of this size. It is based on an adjustable stand that allows you to choose the ideal position according to your type of spot / flight easily and quickly! I appreciate especially!
Clarification, after a sizeable crash, I had the appearance of lines in the image (shown in the video)

I am realized in flight ...... yes ... .when I saw my propeller (not that) go on camera. The rotor had made the trunk because I had lost one of these little nuts. And some flights within one second. Perhaps the fault is no chance, however I advise to check this before you start using the machine. A hint of blue Loctite and voila.
In 2s this is not a worry, but 3s during blow gas Escape rotors lol.
Setting up radio rx
Blade 110 is the torrent Original supplied with a Spektrum serial receiver (which corresponds to SBUS in FrSky)
It allows radio * DSMX owners also receive telemetry information
As owner of a Taranis, so I opted for the establishment of aXm +. Installation is very simple and requires only three welds. Simply cut the cable from the fc or was connected the Spektrum receiver and resoldering directly to the Xm +
Once done, do not forget to go on Betaflight and define the type of receiver. Once your settings and modes of inter flights, your torrent Blade 110 is ready !!
Small precision in order to connect the f3 Betaflight via micro USB, I had to unscrew a screw of the canopy, which is just outside gène.Elle but above the plastic part of my USB cable was up against and suddenly he was quite complicated to connect the fc.

Well in flight it is a pure pleasure this little Torrent !!!! Both in the garden 2s for small quiet flight (quiet ... that advance not bad, rather see in the video) as the greatest spots in 3s behavior is top!
From the off you feel really at ease. Very stable and very healthy and this, as in manual only stabilized. Therefore the torrent will be very suitable for a beginner. The machine is very accurate and is really good Lockee on all axes and without having nothing changed in the pids Betaflight. Each course will set its rates in relation to their habits in flight.
