Grab the file for your FC, paste it into the CLI in BF and save it. Reboot and back to factory, unless you also updated BF, in which case you need to ascertain which version of BF it came with and reflash it with that version.

Thank you! Now there is a problem with the camera, the screen is completely dark, but the telemetry is visible. How to enter the camera menu? Sorry for the stupid questions, I'm still new to FPV.

If you have telemetry, but no video, then this is what you need to check.

1) Lens cap on camera.
2) Check the wiring between camera and VTX.
3) if none of the above has solved it, you might need a new camera.

The problem isn't the VTX, it is transmitting and you have telemetry. So the only possible problem beyond that is the camera.
