I want to report on a truly remarkable (actually unbelievable) experience.  On March 17th, about 9:00 PM EST DST (GMT -4) I ordered a Tiny Whoop from Team Black Sheep.  The order form clearly said the quad would be shipped to me from Hong Kong.  I paid for UPS International Express shipping - the other, more expensive choice was DHL.  The package was delivered to my door in North Carolina (eastern US) by 5:00 PM Friday, March 19th!

That is most incredible service I have ever experienced in my life.

Service is huge to me. Anybody can sell parts, but will they back them up?

So far, I've really only dealt with RDQ and GetFPV, and they've both been amazing.

There are a few companies I will refuse to deal with, simply by what I've heard about their shipping (months) and customer service (zero).

With such a niche hobby, you would think they would bend over backwards to keep customers. But for places that sell... everything, they could care less about drones, or if you even ever return.

It's amazing how word of mouth can have such a huge influence.

I've been looking at Pyrodrone, they seem well respected also, and they're based in...USA
