Reliable RC Parts Shops Vendors - World Wide
#31
I would recommend a  Exclamation for MassiveRC. I ordered props from them a while back after suggestion from a friend. They shipped me 6" props when I ordered 5". I contacted them about the mistake and asked if I could get a refund or just exchange for the correct props. No response. I followed up with a reminder email. Never any response.  Angry

(16-Apr-2016, 11:23 PM)Jordan Marinov Wrote: Heart PiroFlipRC - http://pirofliprc.com - often shipment arrives next day in SoCal. Sergio is well know in the local scene. The customer service is superb.

I ordered 5 motors from pirofliprc, they were sent in mini-grips in an envelope, overseas... kind of a surprise only 1 was totally crushed (couldn't spin by hand), 1 had damaged bearings, 3 were fine. Can't say anything about support though, didn't bother.

1 suggestion for EU/Germany:

Smartshapes Heart

Excellent quality frame manufacturer. I got several but can especially recommend the latest rush210 and rage210.

Heart  for BuddyRC (http://www.buddyrc.com).

Their Glacier batteries are superb, especially for the price. I've also had good customer service. Only gripe is that they dont seem to have much stock other than batteries and silicon wire, or at least not at the cheap Chinese prices at which I buy.  Big Grin

Excellent idea, this list or lists!
Indeed, finding out where to get the right stuff within reasonable time can be quite annoying,
my humble experiences for
Switzerland:
www.fpvracing.ch :-)
Very quick delivery, prices somewhat higher. No shop, very limited support over phone, but reasonable online.
To get stuff at the "usual" international prices, one has to order internationally.
www.hobbyking.com does not work at all for Switzerland. I found out after putting together a massive shopping list and spending a day with their (lousy) customer support center. Possible that they are great for other countries, but for Switzerland they suck.
www.aliexpress.com does deliver, and pretty much everything. I still have to await the proof of concept, though - will post more as soon as I know more..
www.banggood.com delivers to Switzerland, but no batteries. One can order them online, but the purchase won't be completed and executed.
getfpv.com does not work for Switzerland as far as my attempts have come. Maybe there's a trick, but I was too tired to look for it..
:-)
Hope this can be of use somehow..

Aliexpress vs. Banggood:
I'm not intending to write about my personal experiences, as they will vary from customer to customer. It's rather a general consideration:
If one has to choose between Aliexpress and Banggood, please consider one thing:
With Aliexpress you'll deal with the retailer directly, whereas Banggood is like an Overlord "hiding" the actual suppliers, and taking care (..or not so..) of the CS for them.
The user interface in banggood gives a better overview and confirming reception of your parcel is quicker, but Aliexpress gives you the opportunity of a more differenciated feedback.
My personal experience is that the Aliexpress retailers generally react incredibly quick to your questions or complaints, whereas banggood shows communist tendencies Whistling, meaning you'll deal with some encaged CS operator not remotely having an idea what you're talking about.
The Aliexpress vendors often don't know much more, but will quickly refer to someone who does like the "quad-guy" in their shop or similar.
Since feedback affects them directly, they're incredibly friendly if you communicate in a well-mannered tone.
Prices are comparable (Ali slightly less expensive), shipment maybe a bit faster with banggood, but there are Aliexpress-retailers which are incredibly quick. Quality control issues are common to both..

Hi,
I use Amazon  Heart , https://www.amazon.com/  , for the majority of my purchases. I can find almost anything that I need, there is a good selection,  the cost is comparable (often better than most others), the shipping time estimate is generally spot on and most items arrive in a few days. I am a Prime member so generally have NO shipping charges and placing an order takes only a matter of seconds.

I also use GetFPV  Heart , https://www.getfpv.com/  , and have had great service there. The selection of items differs from Amazon. I buy here when Amazon does not offer what I am looking for.

Update:

Recently, I have been ordering from PyroDrone Hearthttps://pyrodrone.com/ (USA, CA), and have been extremely pleased. I found items that I could not locate on other sites, the shipping in the US is great and has tracking if you want to use it.

Please add Heart AirbladeUAV to your Canadian Dealers List and Heart Pyro Drone to your U.S. List if it's appropriate, have had great experiences with them so far.  Cheers
