ReelSteadyGO no internet connection

Hello guys

I've been using ReelSteadyGO for a while and have never had any problems. But at the moment I’m in Panama (I’m from Switzerland) and it doesn’t work anymore. The "No internet connection" window always appears, even if I have a good connection and all other programmes can connect to the wifi. I tried many different wifi’s, tried with VPN, tried to change network settings and disable firewall... nothing helped.
I use a MacBook Pro from 2015, on which ReelSteadyGo worked perfectly in Switzerland until I moved to Panama.

I would suggest you write to RSG support and question if they have a IP based Geofence.

I am not up to date on the topic but Panama was under several sanctions. I may be wrong.

I have already written many emails to RSG support, but it hasn't really helped. I told them that I’m in Panama and they never said anything about Geofence. Now I’m in Costa Rica and I still have the problem.
