So when I plug in to charge my TX16S the green light is on first but after a minute or two it turns off and at the bottom the red light is flashing. Why is it I can't charge it? Any solution?

Just thinking, doesn't the Tx16s have a plug at the top for plugging into the computer and updating and a plug at the bottom for charging. Do you by chance have it in the wrong plug?

Which batteries are you using? Check page 6 of the user manual to read about battery requirements.

It is possible that you have damaged batteries.
