Hi guys, I've got a question about a brushless micro quad I'm in the process of building. I'm using a Raceflight Spark 4 and 1 ESC connected to a Piko BLX flight controller. It's all connected correctly and the problem is that motor 1 (right-rear) won't spin up, motors 2-4 are fine.
All 4 ESCs are recognized and have been reflashed in BLHeli configurator, and I've done the following to try and identify the problem:
I've swapped motors 1 & 2 and problem remains unchanged, so I know that the motors are fine.
I've swapped ESC signal wires 1 & 2 on both ESC board out and flight controller in, and in both tests motor 1 now spins up and motor 2 doesn't.
So to me it appears to be an obvious issue with ESC 1 but before I contact Raceflight I thought I'd ask if anyone has had this issue and if it's definitely a hardware problem, or if it's possible that this could be caused by anything else such as a firmware issue?
I only ask this because the Piko BLX came flashed with Betaflight 3.2 which as far as I know is not a stable release yet?
