41 Radio/Controller is easy. Pick one that supports ELRS.
So it depends on your budget. It also depends what is in stock. Since you are in the UK, you will probably be buying from either UnmannedTech, YourFPV or HobbyRC. Each might have different radios in stock.
If you have a lot of money(£200+).
- Radiomaster TX16 ELRS (UnmannedTech and HobbyRC both have them in stock)
If you have less money (£100-200).
- Radiomaster TX12 ELRS
- Radiomaster Zorro ELRS
Very little money (Under £100)
- Jumper T-Lite2 ELRS
- Jumper T-Pro ELRS (I use one and love it)
- BetaFPV Lite Radio 3 ELRS
- BetaFPV Lite Radio 2 SE ELRS(Very cheap if you can find one)
Goggles I can't help you on, I don't fly DJI. Someone else will be able to help you with that question.

0 I agree with getting a radio with built in ELRS. If you need one right away the Zorro is good if you can wait a few weeks the Radiomaster Boxer ELRS is just coming out. As for DJI if you have a load of money you can get the new DJI Goggles 2 and an 03 DJI air Unit. This is the newest system. But the last gen DJI goggles are really good and the price has dropped down to pretty much good analog prices. SO if you go that route grab a set of DJI V2 goggles (not to be confused with the new DJI Goggles 2 - DJI has weird naming system) and get the camera and video transmitter system (the VTX) which is now called the Runcam Link. It's the exact same DJI Vista video transmitter as it has always been they just dropped their original partnership with Caddx so now it's called the Runcam Link.

101 as you are a spectrum user, you might feel familiar with the radiomaster tx16.
you cant go realy wrong, we have a bunch of good transmitters for low prices. very different prices to spectrum.
if you arent to focused on a fullsizebdesign, i would sugcest to give a jumper t-pro a shot or as already mentioned the comming radiomaster boxer. you will be surprised what you get for the money :-)
