quad won't fly straight, out of sync esc?
#1
Hey Folks,

I could really use your help.  I'm running betaflight on a cc3d board.  I was finally able to flash my esc with blheli 14.4

These are the esc's I have:

http://www.banggood.com/ZTW-Spider-Serie...46402.html

I flashed them with blheli 14.4 blue series multi 12a esc.  Left all the settings default

This is the result I get...

The motors seems to spin up properly in the motor tab.  Even with pid at 0, 0, 0 I get the same result.  Does anyone know what might be causing this?  I should mention that when it flips out, I'm just using very little throttle.  And yes I did calibrate the esc's

I had to flash Cleanflight in the end, Betaflight just wouldn't work with my ESCs. The video shows the exact problem I was having.

Ok it's not one shot. I did realize something!! I have motors 1 & 2 switched. Dammit. Because this build is so small it's all soldered in. Is there an easy way for me to switch the motor order?

I ended up soldering the esc to the proper place.  Probably the better thing to do.  Thing thing flies extra smooth now with betaflight 2.5.3 & blheli 14.  I also noticed the weird airmode bouncing of the ground problem is gone

I think you could have switched the motor direction in blhelisuite
