So I went ahead and recalibrated the esc's and tested a few more times and unfortunately it made no difference.
I then tried to put foam on the bottom then the lipo on the bottom. Same thing.
Looked around online and saw a cli command
"set min_check=1150"
It seems to have fixed my issue. Motor 4 is still starting up a little bit slower then the others but it is much closer now. Went to the park with my son and flew three packs before dinner. Seems to handle good.
My next question is if I wanted to get the motor starting up as close as possible to the others do you think I should increase the min_check value more? Or would that not be the way to go.
Also I've never used the cli on clean flight before. Where can I find out the commands and more info on that. I'm totally comfortable with the command line on my Linux box at home so I'd like to learn more about it.
Thanks for all the help and ideas and time everyone.
