I was doing a pid configuration and after several days that I set everything in the various tests in Angle mode at a certain point when you were arming the drone it started in the air very fast and you could not control it, but first it gave me a feeling of unresponsive drone to the commands Replacing the esc with another solves the problem ..

No.

Its not ESC problem.

Air Mode means when you bump quad it reacts. When you land it bounces. If it gets hit when armed it will jump.

Your real problem is high noise or high D causing "fly away."
