Pls help me with CJMCU
#1
Hello My friends.
Guys I'm new to electronics so pls help me.

There is an instruction in OscarLiang page teaching how to make a CJMCU mini quadcopter.
They are 2 types of the CJMCU board the one you have and the one in the GoodLuckBuy here is an image:

The difference is that red part and those pins. So my problem is that I got your board (the one with red thing) and don’t know whether I can control my board with bluetooth and EZ-GUI and an Android phone or not becuase in EZ-GUI web site the other board is used. And BTW what is that red part and those pins.
Much grateful for your reply guys.

That bluetooth module that you're using has 5V daughterboard, you should get module without it, i couldn't run it with 5v modules that i use on naze32 or multiwii boards. Those 2 pins and jumper are only used to flash firmware. Did you manage to flash some firmware to your board?

OK mate the board I have is just like yours in your webpage and I just wanted to use BT instead of receiver.

Thanks for your time.

Well flashing firmware isn't a problem but the problem is ensuring it works with BT and EZ GUI or not.
Since that kind of boards with those jumpers are only available for buying for me just wanted to ensure it works.
And before flashing firmware should I connect those pins to enter boot loader mode or they have to be disconnected!
Thanks.

They are disconnected to enter boot flashing mode. Normally they are closed. Did you initialize BT module? You must set speed to 115200 for it to work, then it will be able to communicate with ez-gui. Here are some photos of it talking to samsung s3 phone and ez-gui.

Nice job Gero.
I have initialized it and it's not a problem thanks for speed tip. Just a small little question did you manage to lift off and fly or not. If you answer this question everything will be solved so I ask you to do it and inform me.
Thanks
