Also, when I try to turn it on again it doesn't stay bound. If you know what to do please help!! • Posts: 28 Threads: 9 Likes Received: 0 in 0 posts Likes Given: 0 Joined: Jun 2017 Reputation: 0 It's is the Inductrix Pro by the way** • Posts: 2,286 Threads: 38 Likes Received: 1,527 in 995 posts Likes Given: 1,881 Joined: Apr 2016 Reputation: 72 I've reported your first post so that Oscar can move it to the Brushed Micro section. As to your problem, I don't have an Inductrix myself, but it would probably really help others if you were to say what radio you are using. I assume this is a Bind and Fly model? From what I understand, the Inductrix Pro has a flight controller that runs Betaflight. It's important that you set the travel adjustment on your radio correctly so that the channels start at 1000. end at 2000 and are at 1500 when centred. If you connect your Inductrix to your computer and use the Betaflight configurator, what do you see happening in the Receiver tab? • Posts: 28 Threads: 9 Likes Received: 0 in 0 posts Likes Given: 0 Joined: Jun 2017 Reputation: 0 I'm using a Taranis X9D with the OrangeRX module, I got the motors to spin but cannot figure out how to setup the sticks to give it movement controls. I just downloaded betaflight but cannot figure out how to open up configurations on it for my Inductrix • Posts: 2,286 Threads: 38 Likes Received: 1,527 in 995 posts Likes Given: 1,881 Joined: Apr 2016 Reputation: 72 Sorry, but as I say, I don't have one of these. I'm sure there's someone here that does though! • Posts: 32 Threads: 3 Likes Received: 13 in 9 posts Likes Given: 1 Joined: Jul 2017 Reputation: 0 Are you able to connect betaflight to your inductors? It sounds to me that you probably haven't set up your arm switch in betaflight. If you don't arm the quad it's not going anywhere. • Posts: 28 Threads: 9 Likes Received: 0 in 0 posts Likes Given: 0 Joined: Jun 2017 Reputation: 0 (14-Jul-2017, 11:00 PM)Phoenix132 Wrote: Are you able to connect betaflight to your inductors? I have everything working (yaw, roll, pitch) except throttle, I've done all this in Taranis settings. • Posts: 32 Threads: 3 Likes Received: 13 in 9 posts Likes Given: 1 Joined: Jul 2017 Reputation: 0 Right but you set your switches in betaflight? How are you seeing that the yaw roll pitch channels are working? Through betaflight reciever tab? • Posts: 28 Threads: 9 Likes Received: 0 in 0 posts Likes Given: 0 Joined: Jun 2017 Reputation: 0 (15-Jul-2017, 01:49 AM)Phoenix132 Wrote: Right but you set your switches in betaflight? No I didn't use betaflight at all, I can see the yaw roll pitch working because I'm actually moving the drone but it's sitting on my table • Posts: 1,504 Threads: 83 Likes Received: 944 in 654 posts Likes Given: 2,142 Joined: Sep 2016 Reputation: 24 Do you have some video? I'm confused how your "actually moving the drone but it's sitting on my table" I think that you NEED to plug it into BetaFlight, so much of the hobby isn't actually flying, but about making something fly 'right,' and for it to do so requires some setting up in BF. As mentioned, if you haven't set up your arm switch... The arm switch is a bit like the ignition on a car, turn the steering wheel and the wheels move, the gearstick can select gears, but without the engine running nothing is going to happen... This is a short vid from Albert Kim to set up brushed F3 board in BF, I hope it helps, note the 'ARM switch' set up to activate on AUX1. I'm on vacation right now so I don't know when I'll be able to make it tomorrow but I can definitely show you • Posts: 1,504 Threads: 83 Likes Received: 944 in 654 posts Likes Given: 2,142 Joined: Sep 2016 Reputation: 24 See in the vid at 1.33 he sets the min and max throttle? min 1000 max 2000, did you set this? If your max throttle is too low then you will only get a small amount of thrust even at max stick input. I can't figure out how to work betaflight but I don't think I need to because the Inductrix Pro is sold as a "bind and fly" • Posts: 1,504 Threads: 83 Likes Received: 944 in 654 posts Likes Given: 2,142 Joined: Sep 2016 Reputation: 24 (15-Jul-2017, 06:20 AM)Spiinner Wrote: I can't figure out how to work betaflight I think your gonna have to take some time to do so... There must be a way to do it without BF considering I got the rest working without it • |
