Just found this flow chart online, seems to be very helpful for someone new in the hobby.

Took me way longer to learn how to tune because I was killing myself with a P way too high when I thought I had it right on 01-Jun-2016, 10:34 PM For me adjusting P, I use high stick rates and do fast full inputs until I barely see a bounce after the input. Then I move onto full throttle punches under the goggles and look for ocillations and lower P as needed to correct I've noticed that with a recording camera I can hear oscillations long before I see them. |
