From what i hear the new Dominator SE (i think is the right name? the black/orange one) is a good compromise in quality/value. It has standard resolution (which is not a problem since most cameras deliver just that) but a bigger FOV (which is good especially for lenses <2.8mm) than the well-proven old Dominator V2.

EDIT: Attached a pic, size comparison between that immersion 600mW and a newer type with pigtail.

List looks good.

Just that with the tri-blade props and the high-kV motors you might get high current under full load, probably close to esc specs. Should fly safe though, imho.
