OSD setup
#1
So I'm trying to set up OSD with my Eagletree Microvector and eachine fpv200 kit. I'm pretty sure everything is wired correctly but I am not getting any video transmitted. My camera runs on 5v, which comes from a BEC that also powers the fc itself. The transmitter is getting 11.7v directly from the balance plug of my lipo. Any ideas as to why its not working?? And I'm also struggling to add attachments to this post:/

What camera, osd and vtx? Do you get a black screen or just static?
First, make sure you are on the right channel on both the vtx and vrx.
If you get a black picture and osd overlay, there is probably something with power to the camera or video signal to the osd that is not working properly

Eachine fpv200 kit. https://www.amazon.com/Eachine-700TVL-Tr...B00WJFKXS8
Eagle tree microvector fc with built in OSD. http://www.eagletreesystems.com/index.ph...uct_id=153

On my buddies reciever, which can select channels, I can get a black screen. On mine which just does auto search it never picks up the black screen.

If you're not seeing the Vector startup logo, it's probably isn't connected correctly.  As you say you have the vtx and cam powered separately, it probably isn't.  I've got a wiring diagram, just don't know if it's going to work but as yousee, the cam and vtx need to be connected directly to the MV

They both are. Heres a video I made since I still cant figure out the attachments Big Grin. has anyone heard anything about some cameras being incompatible with things like this? Its either that or my microvector is a dud or I'm stupid. Ive explored pretty much everything else.
