I have Succex E F4 Mini and when i plug my lipo im getting only first 3 beeps, no leds on FC, 
When i plug usb to fc and then lipo i hear all beeps lol

I'm sorry to have to tell you but those symptoms mean that the 5V regulator on the FC is burned.
