Yes. Just connect it to the 9V pad on the FC which will reduce and regulate the 6S voltage down to 9V.

On that particular JHEMCU FC it's a reculated 10V pad/pin, not 9V, but that is still within the 13V maximum limit of the Walksnail Avatar 1S Lite V3 VTX.
