as you can see they look almost identical to the KISS 24A ESCs. except they're a tiny bit smaller. probably because they don't have telemetry on them so there's fewer components. they are opto ESCs there's no bec.

actually they're right in the same price range as the DYS XS30A ESCs. i got a set of 4 for $55. according to the TBS website they're supposedly water proof. not like i plan yo fly in the rain any time soon tho.

Thats a good price indeed, I saw them somewhere for 25€ each but maybe it's just some store trying to make a quick buck.

Waterproof is a cool feature, as the winter is getting close in Europe I considered water proofing a quad to be able to fly in the snow so these would fit right in.

one thing that's nice about these ESCs is that it comes with all the wires you're going to need, unlike the KISS. but on the other hand these ESCs could be a little difficult to solder. there are capacitors that are placed right on the solder pads for the positive and negative leads, so if you're careful and apply to much heat to the pads you could end up desoldering one of the caps.
