New Taranis X9D Plus
#1
Just got my new Taranis X9D Plus on Saturday.  Had it powered on twice since then.  Got the two X4RSB's in the mail on Monday.
Go to turn on the Taranis to start programming and bind them; no power.   Tried charging the battery for several hours, still no power.  Poop
Checked battery voltage - good.

While I wait for Rotorlogic to get back to me - is there anything else that is easy to check?

Apologies if I'm stating the obvious but did you check that the battery is connected correctly and the polarity is right?

Yea.  And the connector only fits in one way.

If I had that TX for a long time, I would probably check the inside, but opening up the TX would probably void the warranty... so if they can get you a replacement I would probably wait...

Since you mention both the radio and the receivers I am going to guess you mean just the radio... as a recent purchaser of the radio I can tell you that mine shipped with a battery that could be charged in the unit and once charged was ready to be used. Chances are if you're having problems it's not because of an error on your part.

Yea, kinda what I though.
I ordered another because I didnt want to wait for shipping.  So far, so good with the new one.
