Hi everyone from Ontario Canada! Absolute newbie. Saw some utube vids and thought wow. Did the classic newbie move. Bought a rtf sky hero Anakin ( yes it was the name. Remember newbie) this was fun for about a minute. Not the easiest drone to get parts for in Canada. Bought an inductrix and learned a little then moved to the dys 160 X-ray. Awesome. Now building a 180 drone kit. But my biggest question is how do you figure out what goggles to buy? I wear glasses but I understand you can get prescription lens made. Pls help. Want to go to the next level. This is so addicting

Welcome handsome lol (as your name suggests)
Are you near sighted? if so you can get diopter lens for Skyzone/Fatshark goggles, fairly widely available. Or you can get "box" style goggles and you can where them while wearing glasses..
best thing to do is to find a meet up nearby and try as many goggles as you can Smile see which one fits the best

Hey gorgeous Big Grin

There is an ongoing discussion on goggles under $200, those will be mostly box goggles, take a look there. If you want "glasses" style goggles, it's best to find someone actually using those and either talk to them or if you are able to meet locally, fit on your own face Smile
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car

Welcome to the forum from here in London Ontario. I've got the same problem, I can see video OK, but not well enough to the info. I'm pretty addicted to this hobby as well, in fact the idea popped into my head that maybe I could have laser eye surgery. hahaha
