Ok, i see it on the map. I was thinking maybe it would be a little closer to my daughter but looks like you are about 1 hr from Durham. Do you have a good quad hobby shop nearby?

I dont know if the one in clarksville va has any stuff for quads i used to get stuff for my nitro buggies there. There used to be a hobbytown in greensboro those are only hobby places i know around. I ordered the batman 220 frame today still undecided on the rest of the build.

Hi and welcome Smile

You'll really like the feeling of being right on control of your quad, but may I suggest too the investment on a good beginner controller? Then move on to practice on a simulator at the same time you are gattering knowledge and components to start your build.
I really like to build my own stuff, makes me feel more connected and aware of what I have in my hands.
