Never tuned, how to I get rid of prop wash?
#1
My first quad came from miniquadbros.com with PID suggestions.  Worked great.

The rebuild was done in Betaflight with default PIDs.  Also worked great.

Over time I've upped by Rates and I fly more aggressively now and I'm starting to notice really bad prop was when I make sharp turns.

I don't want to mess with my PIDs too much because other than prop wash it flies great.

Where should I start adjusting to try to reduce this without changing too much about how it flies?

You can try increasing D, especially on roll. Just do that in small increments and monitor motor heat - too much D can damage your motors. They may be warm, but shouldn't be hot.

Also keep in mind that you'll never get rid of prop wash entirely. Prop wash is basically turbulent air made by your own props, it will appear in most aggressive scenarios.
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car

You can get close .. but if you turn hardcore your gonna get it.
D term will help but I will do alot too.
You don't want d to make your quad mushy .
