1 HELLO FELLOW FLYERS !!!
just received my new qx7 transmitter with a xm+ receiver.. been watching YouTube videos or un-boxing and pre set up of the gimbals...
ive already been on frsky and downloaded the firmware and stored it on my laptop !!!!does anyone have a step by step list of all i need to do ???? im reading now about BETA / and or CLEAN FLIGHT !!!! what is this !!!!!! WOW.... AAAAAAAAAAND !!! what about a rechargable battery pack ????

65 For rechargeable battery packs, I built one from a spare double 18650 battery holder. With 3100mah batteries, I can fly for many packs before having to recharge. 18650 batteries are inexpensive and readily available.

My radio batteries last long enough that I start to get worried I am missing the radio LV warning.

We use 18650 cells for our flashlights here at home, so we have a nice charger and plenty of cells. If you fly FatShark goggles, you can also get an 18650 pack for them as well.

1 NEVERMIND !!lol i looked them up ... i have on of those chargers. are the 18650 the same size as a AA battery or bigger ???

65 The 18650 cells are 18mm in diameter and about 3" long. They are 3.7 volt cells, so the two will provide for the power needs of most goggles in addition to your radio. I buy the NCR18650B cells as they have proven reliable and 2 will run only $12.00.
I have a NiteCore D4 charger that can charge 1 to 4 cells at a time.
