Everything should work together. Just a few comments. You didn't linked your radio TX. I assume Taranis? You also didn't list goggles. FPV RX are either built into the goggles (not Google) or specifically made for the goggles. You have to give us an idea of the goggles you want. Personally I like Fatshark.

Frame is a little dated. Martian is probably a better frame for similar money.

FC, I probably go with F4.

Read the last few posts under beginners, they are asking similar questions regarding first build. FC, motors and ESC were well discussed in these posts. It will help you decide whether to keep what you listed or get something else better.

Lastly, is budget an issue for you. Makes a big difference.

Hello and welcome to a great and informative forum!

You will need to select a radio to interface with your RX.  You list the FrSky XM as your RX, so you will need a radio that is compatible with that protocol.  There are a few that are available and they vary in price depending.  I fly with a FrSky Taranis Q X7, but this is one of several in the Taranis line.  You will bind the Radio and RX once.

The "radio tramsmitter" listed is known as a Video Transmitter, or VTX.  It is the unit that broadcasts your video signal to your chosen FPV RX.  It does not really have anything to do with controlling your craft, but is simply a part of an on-board video system.

Your "staples" will be your radio and your FPV monitoring system.  This is where your investment really counts as these will be common across your entire range of craft over time.

Again, welcome!

Thanks Kaitylynn for your notes.

I chose FrSky Taranis Q X7  but i forgot to mention it.

What to do you think of the following goggle and its compatibility with the VTX:

And I'm looking for a charger for my 2200 mAh 80C battery, what do you suggest best ?

I started with box goggles, but they did not work well with my older eyes.  I tried some FatShark goggles and have been hooked since.  For the price, the 800 goggles will get you started just fine.  Just remember that there is always an upgrade available.  This is the sort of hobby where budgeting is tough.

My charger is a SKYRC iMAX B6 Mini balance charger and I use it with parralel charging boards (these allow for balance charging up to 6 packs at once).  I have two primary types of aircraft, mini's and micro's.  All of my flight batteries are either XT30 or XT60 based.  The B6 charges them all just fine and I think it was under $60 with the two parallel boards I have.

ISDT makes some great chargers as well.

I have always liked the idea of the EV800 / EV8000D, the removable screen means that these should continue to see use for friends and family to watch you fly, even after you have upgraded your goggles.

If you don't want to spend couple of hundred $$ on a pair of goggles just yet, I would recommend spending the extra $30 on the EV800D, diversity (2 antenna's and VRX) means a more reliable video feed, and it's nice to have a DVR to record your flights, it can help narrow down your search area when you inevitably crash into thickest bush around too! If you do go for Eachine goggles, you might benefit from buying better quality antennas than the stock ones, these you will also be able to use on your next goggles too, so it is a worthwhile investment.

Re. motors, I would suggest spending a bit extra, there have been quite a lot of complaints about quality control of the RacerStar motors. RCX motors (from MyRCMart.com) are a few $$ more, but they are factory balanced and offer modern design considerations, like curved magnets, replaceable bell housings, and high quality Japanese NSK bearings.

I would also look for a newer VTX, if you display your VTX search results by 'newest' you should find something a bit more updated for a similar price point.

Have fun!
