I've done a complete re-design of my previous fpv quad design (the micro spider quad documented here: http://intofpv.com/t-micro-fpv-spider-qu...e-to-print )
More photos of the build and the 3D printer files and other details can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1594735
It uses the same electronics as the previous quad but is a few grams lighter and is now X-form. Wheelbase is ~105mm, This new version will accept up to 66mm props with a bottom mounted battery. (A 400mAh can be mounted on top if using regular hubsan-size props.) I've also included a file for tabs to glue to your batteries to help keep them in place.
It is designed around the following components:
Micro Scisky 32bit brushed FC from Banggood
8.5x20mm motors from Banggood
600TVL 1/4 Micro CMOS camera from Banggood
FX758-2 5.8G 200mW VTx from Banggood
Pololu 5V step-up regulator (U3V12F5)
Hubsan or Parrot props
4 short #2 servo/wood/sheet-metal screws
Weight of frame: 8.2g
Assembled weight without battery: 42g
AUW w/410 mAh battery: 53g
