Murphy's Laws of FPV
#1
Found this post in Facebook and I thought it's hilarious Big Grin

Murphy's Laws of FPV

  1. - As cool as the view in your goggles looks, you look like a dork wearing them.
  2. - When planning a build, all the parts are in stock at multiple retailers until you're ready to buy. Then they're always out of stock...globally.
  3. - You will only break the components for which you have no spares.
  4. - Building a second quad as a backup only means you'll have two down quads instead of one.
  5. - Flying in massive field of soft grass with a thin ribbon of sidewalk in the middle guarantees you'll crash on that sidewalk.
  6. - The chance of you flying away from a tree branch strike versus getting stuck in it is inversely proportional to the height of the branch.
  7. - You will nail your best move on the one flight where you forgot to start your GoPro.
  8. - Your $50 vtx will break in order to save a $0.001 zip tie.
  9. - Rotor Riot will come to your town the one weekend of the year when you're out of town.
  10. - A component you are considering buying that is leading edge technology will remain so until the day you buy it.
  11. - After charging all your 25 lipo's or more for day of flight, suddenly weather or build issues will force you to go back home with about 21 fully charged ones.

Murphy's Law of building quads says that you can struggle with a complex issue for hours on end. When you finally resolve the issue, you have no idea how you fixed it!

Nice list! There's some real classics in there.

I'll add my personal one from just now:

If you set out with the express intention of recording some black box logs, you will invariably forget to flip the switch on your radio that turns on logging!

Back out I go...
