30 The use of loctite is a good idea, no need to use washers unless your screws are too long, and would not worry about any anti vibration dampening at all.

44 Loctite - yes. Unless you are using FC with a vibration-vulnerable gyro (ie. naze32 rev6), then just put M3 orings between a spacer and a nut above and below the FC. You *can* mount your motors the same way, but that's shouldn't be necessary. I think your KK board doesn't need too much vibration dampening - you already mounted it on foamy tape right?

2 Lochte (blue) would be ok . I always just use 2 screws to mount each motor . Shouldnt have to dampen anything where motors mount.

20 as you can see everyone will agree with using loctite on your motor mounting screws, but I would also suggest using it on the screws to hold your frame together also. losing a screw on your frame can cause vibration on your quad. a little trick I use is I'll use a cap from a water bottle or something and put a few drops of loctite in it and I'll just dip the tip of each screw before screwing it in this way I don't accidentally put to much so that the whole screw is dripping in it.
