I have used the BN 880/BN880Q GPS/Compass Module in iNav Quads 7 inch as well as even on 5 inch, right in front of the top of the Frame with a Runcam Analogue Cam below for Autonomous Flight using the CW 270 Deg Flip as the mag alignment. It works very well indeed. 

I tried shifting the GPS/Compass Module to the back of the Quad on a TPU Mount to accommodate my Runcam 5 in front.

Would you Guys please advise and help me, as to how to setup the BN880/BN880Q at the back of the quad, on a TPU mount, Regarding the Direction of the GPS/Compass Module, Mag alignment etc. as well as the 6 wires entering the module from the back of the Quad or what, and all the Rest of it
