can you mount a Naze32 flight controller upside down and adjust the orientation in software like you can with yaw rotation? 

I am guessing you can, but not 100% sure...
I love to share and help people! Flying Mini Quad is the best!

Yes, You can set Pitch, Roll and Yaw alignment for the board.

adjust roll -180 (or 180) for an inverted board if the arrow still faces front
Adjusting Roll 180 or -180 would give you the same result

You can even mount your FC vertical if you want Smile

In fact you can offset all 3 axes so theoretically you could mount it on a 45 degree angle tilted to the back and compensate for it LOL Big Grin

Does anyone know if the CC3D Atom can also be mounted inverted? In my case, the arrow will still point forward, so 180deg on roll.
I know it should be able to work, but I thought I read somewhere that the cc3d had a strange bug that does not allow it.

I'm trying to do weird things to fit everything in a small quad.
