I would like to thank everyone for there help
I finally got it working I made sure I set up
arming on switch A that didn't help so I reversed
my throttle servo and got some kind of response
then I reversed it back and started playing around
with my throttle end points and all of a sudden
it started working and here's the strange thing after
all that I ended up with the same end points I had
before I think this Transmitter is not very good
I did learn a lot thanks again
