You need to set the motor pwm rate again. It thinks you have brushless motors.

That worked do you think I have to re-flash it ?

Not if it's working now that you've set the PWM rate. If you don't see your receiver doing anything, then you need to configure Cleanflight to see your receiver again. As far as I understand, this flight controller has a built-in receiver that should appear if you set the receiver type to RX_PPM.

It's always a good idea to save your configuration by doing a 'dump' command and copying the output to a file. That way, if you make a mistake, you can always get back to where you started.

Also, a practice I use when tuning or changing anything, is to only change one thing at a time. This comes from my suspension tuning exexperience. Where if multiple componets are changed/tuned at the same time there's not a clear way to tell which is responsible for the improvement or decline in performance.
I change one aspect then test. Then move on to the next. This practice has helped me in everything from RCs to sportscars to even the settings in how a video game performs.
Hope this might help in future changes if you ever run into something like this again. Just my 2 cents Wink

in cleanflight .
I think I might need to reflash  not really sure

I dont know much about Flysky or cleanflight, but did you set the right Rx protocal on the configuration and ports tab? Just trying to help you brainstorm Wink

When I connect to clean flight it finds my board
under ports Uart1 MSP 115200 on
under receiver I have RX-PPM on for Fly Sky protocol
and when I move my sticks they do respond on the screen
and when I go to motors they respond in clean flight
so i'm not sure if that means I'm binded
but I cant get my transmitter to work or arm up
I keep reading about  end points and I'm not sure what thats about.
Also not sure how to set the arming in clean flight .
I'm about at the end of my rope any help would be appreciated
Thanks Jim

Hang in there! Wink Im sure someone with more experience using flysky and cleanflight will come along to help.

As for end-points, thats the full range of your stick inputs. Most times we need to tune our transmitters some so that the FC only sees a range of 1000 to 2000 and all but throttle centered at 1500. (Example: on cleanflight reciever tab when you push pitch stick all the way up, if it reads higher than 2000, adjust that channels endpoint on your Tx down until cleanflight shows 2000 on the dot. Same for stick full down, make sure that reads 1000 in CF. After that let go and dbl check pitch centers on 1500. If not tweak center point trims on Tx. Repeat for all channeTx)

If everything is moving correctly in Rx tab and motors obey sticks on motor tab then Rx and FC are talking/bound Wink . Arm swtich will probly have to be setup on your Tx first. Then find that channel on Rx tab (the one that moves when you change switch position) (note the range of values) and set Arming to activate when that switch is @ its top value.

I hope that helps some. I got to go atm and like i said, im sure someone with more experience will be along soon to help also

Gentlemen. The past tense of 'bind' is 'bound'. There is no such word as 'binded' in the English language!

.docx   Doc1.docx (Size: 467.7 KB / Downloads: 96)
.docx   Doc1.docx (Size: 467.7 KB / Downloads: 96) Every thing looks good but I can't get my transmitter to arm
I put the arm on Aux 1 when I flip my A switch it go's up
to 2000 and when I flip it back it's 1000 I dragged the sliders
to each side of 2000 I don't have any other mode's setup do I need
to setup a mode to make it work?
I attached a word document maybe someone could take a look at my setting
I know I attached it twice sorry about that.

You need to go into the modes tab and select Arm "Add Range".  Select "Aux 1". Drag the sliders so that the little green position indicator falls within the range when the switch is in the position where you want it "Armed".

If you've already done that, then you may have some issues with your throttle endpoints. Set the throttle endpoints in your transmitter to be 1000 - 2000. (Although it looks like you are pretty close if the 1004 is the actual reading when throttle is on.)
