Motor grinding and twitching sound at idel

Hello guys. I'm a new to here and pid tuning. I build a new 5 inch quad recently and did some pid tuning then I realized the motor makes some grinding noise when I arm the quad but when I raise up the throttle it goes away. I logged in blackbox and see the D term on pitch and roll are noisy. Then I lower both the D from Pitch 30 and Roll 25 to 5 and the grinding sound went away also the noise went away as well in blackbox data. The prop is brand new and the motor is brand new as well. The screw in the motor are proper sized also the fc and motor are proper soft mounted. I really don't know what happend to my quad. Hope you guys can help me figure out what's wrong with it. Thanks in advance.

If it's flying well with lowered D's, then i'd say "problem solved", no?

On my kiss FC quads i usually had D even lower, somewhere around 10-12. Smile

EDIT: oh i didn't read correctly, i thought you lowered it to 25. But 5 might be a bit low. You could try to adjust notch filters, or even test dynamic notch filter. Pretty sure you could increase D a bit after correct filtering.
