0 Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my quad. When I arm my quad, one of my motors ( motor 3) spins faster then the rest. When I give it just a bit of throttle, that same motor spins to the maximum throttle. I tried calibrating them like follows; connected to cleanflight, on the motors tab I moved the rocker up, connected the battery. Waited for the beeps, put the rocker down and finished...
I have the Racerstar RS20Ax4 20A 4 in 1 escs.
I have also picked up the quad in the air and ran the motors, nothing.. I did a test flite today and it was horrible.. can't seem to findicate my solution.

30 Hm maybe try recalibrating again?
What motor protocol are you using? Are all escs on same firmware?

34 It is normal when arming the quad without props that some motors starts to spin faster and faster after giving some throttle. This is due to the I-term is increasing because of a small error setpoint deviation which the FC is trying to compensate for.
It could be bad calibration, but just be aware of the above as this will happen if you arm the quad without props

34 Try running the motors from the motor tab I betaflight instead to make sure the pid loop is not causing this issue

0 Thanks alot guys but my problem was my subtrims, they were not centered to 1500. As soon as I fixed them all. All my motors started runing the same speed..
