Moka Jadina, beauty and efficiency !!
#1
Presentation
It is with pleasure that I present the Moka Jadina by Mokaframe manufacturer that comes from Canada for those who did not know. Quad format X 220 mm you can find available in Belgium on site ZoneFPV51
The packaging is classic and outside the box is résistante.Votre machines will arrive in perfect condition!

It is quite another for inside that protects the top the Jadina with dense foam cut carefully! I'll let you judge for yourself [Image: 1f609.svg]

So ... it's beautiful eh ... [Image: 1f600.svg]

Little attention from Mokaframe with gift frame with a key ring bearing the image of the brand logo.

Specs
  • Chassis format X 220 mm

  • Carbon glossy finish 5mm for the arms, 3mm and 1.5mm for the motor supports for flat.

  • central portion of anodized aluminum (2 parts)

  • Inclination of the adjustable engine supports (2 positions) and to the front and rear arms.

I confess to have enjoyed taking photos so I find beautiful machine! It changes completely machinery encountered in everyday life and that, that feels good! The idea I even came to the showcase lol.
Come on, put it all together and see what it looks ...

Come on ... admit it, you're at least once said ... oh could SOE!

In the picture below you can see the openings that are on the arms and which allow you to fix the hold of the lower engine mount for the front and above to the back in order to tilt the engines.

A detailed picture of the arms to show the fastening system of the motor support on the arm.

For those who wonder whether this fastening system is resistant to invite him to watch the video at the end of review [Image: 1f609.svg]
Matos chose to build This config is really nice to fly for a final weight of 360 grams
So the loan Jadina !!!

In the picture below you can explain the position of the rear engine compared to the prior engines. This type of editing onto quad called V-Tail. This positioning provides greater responsiveness on the axis yaw (yaw)

The flight
Come on, it's gone, you plug lipo and Go !!
I ve done the 1st flights leaving the engine mounts to their original location. The machine is very healthy in flight and I realize the reactivity of the Yaw (ca also reminded me a little my hunter v-tail 400 Dialfonzo for those connaisent)
I also tested by tilting only the rear engine, and ... .waouh, the shutter speed is really bcp more blatant. Due to the slope, we get a push effect. Even staying at half throttle, the machine picks up speed but without tilting. It's very nice!
Next test for me, also tilt the engine forward and see the result.
Video flight

Conclusion
Again MokaFrame directed to a machine that is unusual, excellent quality and innovative design.
And let's face it, a super sexy machine!
I will continue my tests with the engine tilts, it's really nice to completely change the behavior of a machine simply by moving 2 screws [Image: 1f600.svg]
Good flights!

Another Stunning frame!

So the motor mounts can be given an angle for forward flight 'at idle,' is that right?

Have you tried flying with the motor mounts angled? Does it need a different PID tune to the standard configuration?

I wonder how it would respond to only the front/rear motors angled?

Redeos has just try withe front motors. No update of PID needed. He's busy with a fully angled configuration. I'll keep u posted
