3 I have an app and placed a QR code with a number on them so i can scan them after the flight.
Just enter the time flown.
And after i charge them i enter the capacity used.

30 I must say that my method is somewhat different, I buy them, charge them, fly them, charge them, fly them, and when they stop working I buy more. LOL. I do look after my batteries as best I can but consider batteries as disposable items. At times when flying my ears hear the lipo alarm going off but my thumbs say "ahhhhh, just one more lap", and as such I may overcook a lipo. I sure don't make a habit of it, but am sure we have all done it.

I don't really label up my batteries just yet but thats because they are all easily identifiable
At the moment i use my own database to be honest, because the app got to much ads.
But just google "LiPo monitor" or something like that.
Maybe if i have some time left i'll programm an app myself just for that purpose.

44 I mark the arrival date. I make a 1C charge/discharge cycle usually on the same or next day.
