Lumenier RB2204 13 2500KV Motor - Skitzo
#1
The Lumenier RB2204 13 2500KV Motor - Skitzo edition, is another great motor from T-motor.

T-Motors used to produce really good quality motors, and they were extremely popular, before the Cobras arrived. Those T-motors were like $35 or $40 each or something like that. The Cobras were the first "good" motor to show up with a sub $25 price tag after those overpriced T motors.

The skitzo motors are 2500kv and lighter than anything else out there. Supposedly more power and in general, I think Lumeniers are smoother and better built than other popular motors like the Cobras. I think the right price for them is $25 each, not $29. But at the end of the day, it's a drop in the bucket, so I got them because there's nothing else like them at that weight at the moment. Otherwise, I would've capped it at $25 each.

They weight only 22g each!

I think running these motors with 5" props like 5040 triblade would be a blast. Even with 4" props would be more powerful than the traditional Cobra 2300kv motors setup.
I love to share and help people! Flying Mini Quad is the best!

probably the lightest 2204 motors currently, very interested to know how they perform on a light build Smile

I fly'em on a Sigan 210, which I would consider to be a light build & they perform really well- they treally are 'smooth' (love how they feel), & very 'powerful'. They're lighter than some 1806 motors (ie- DYS 1805 2300kvs are 23-24g - RB2204s are 21.5-23g) so on a lighter build its the perfect motor.. I normally fly 4S, but w/these motors I fly 3S all the time bc it's almost as fun since they're so fast..
