Check if your screws are touching the motor windings? very common cause of motor failure.
Use a multimeter in continuity mode, one end connects to the screw, the other connect to your motor wire, or ESC motor pads (they are soldered together so it's the same).
Check every motor screw and every ESC pad.

Just to update everyone. I slapped some newer RacerStars on this quad and it flies perfect. Oscar you were pretty much dead on with your recommended PIDS. I gotta say these RacerStars make this thing fly better than it ever has. Thanks again to everyone for help with all this nonsense. Love being a part of this community!
