Searching for a good FPV camera, that has nice color and lighting ability. 

My budget is not a lot so it has to be cheap (below USD $50?) 

It's for my ZMR250, would like to have OSD feature too so might want to ask if there any built-in OSD camera or vTx?

I think the most popular camera right now is the HS1177 and PZ0420M.

My go-to FPV camera would be the PZ0420M (no case), you can also get the one with case, and it's called different name - Runcam Sky.

The HS1177 is only popular because it's a little smaller, and fits more mini quad frame, but the PZ0420M performs better IMO.

By the way when they say camera has OSD it means on screen parameters to set up the camera. Its not the same as a flight OSD which shows telemetry...
If you want to display flight data with OSD, You have to buy micro minimosd for example, flash it according to your flight controller and place it in the middle between you camera and vtx

I have a Runcam Sky Plus and it is great. Colours are good and it handles changes of light really quickly.

I am using the Foxeer HS1177 and it works great having a diverse voltage input from 5-22v
