Looking for a 200-220mm 5" frame
#1
I'm looking for a frame for a build with 5" props. I was looking at the eachine falcon 210 but 5" is too big for it. I want battery on top, as durable as possible, as cheap as possible and around 210 size. Any suggestions?

what's your budget so we can suggest a few? decent frames normally cost at least $50 these days... anything below i wouldn't expect good crash resistance.

Maybe also try to search for builds people have posted using "prefix", it might give you ideas Smile instruction: http://intofpv.com/t-colour-coded-threads-prefix

I might be biased, but really, i find my both my Rush 210 and Rage 210 to be awesome! Smile Not the cheapest though, but indeed reliable german quality and also comes with lots of additional parts and options. And durable, yes! The RS stands for "rock solid". Big Grin

The one i have is from the very first batch (basically a prototype), it already got updated in several details.
Maybe have a look at www.smartshapes.de

Most of this guy's designs are available on thingieverse too, will add some links to my build log at some point.

As durable as possible, you cannot beat the SpaceOne 220X for $35 with a 4.5mm bottom plate. This thing is indestructible, and I have put that to the test for 3 months now on concrete, dirt and grass. https://www.spaceonefpv.com/collections/...3545531270

Here is my original build post on it http://intofpv.com/t-building-an-x-racer

The ZMR-X210 from FPV Model is good.

This might be a little late, but check out the ZMR Slim from CNCmadness.com
It was originally a frame meant to use ZMR 250 arms to get a 210 x-frame quad. I love mine. However, they now have a "unibody" version (arms and body are the same) and I love it even more. I have abused mine like crazy and have barely scratched the frame. For the 3mm unibody version it comes out to $32.

I like the ZMR250. I have had two of these frames, and they hold up great.
