Locating your quad in grass using FPV gear ;)
#1
I sprayed my CP cover with some bright orange rubber paint. Gives damn good visibility of a crashed quad in moderately low grass in 50% of cases Big Grin

Bonus: 4 layers of paint add 1 gram, but it seems indestructible now. No need for insulation tape anymore Wink

Yeah, sorry, the title is kind of trollish Wink

That's a good one, but my connector will probably fail before elements eat those lobes Wink

I'm exploring swirl painting (DIY hydro dipping), so yeah, possibly all my quads will be tiger striped soon Big Grin

I'm a firm believer in orange all over my quads ever since my first "landing" in a tree. If it weren't for a hint of orange props fifty feet up in the canopy of an oak I'd have given up trying to pin point which tree it actually was in. Now you got me considered just spraying a whole frame orange... might have to start with my Atom haha.
FYI the newer foxeer clover leafs come in bright orange, they're pretty good, dirt cheap, and way more durable than fatsharks
The trees are all out to get me
