Hi,
I have a QX7 upgraded with OpenTX firmware 2.3.7
I wanted to be wireless (as I put the radio on my bely, the usb wire is not comfortable). So in the back bay of the QX7 I have installed a Orange DSMX transmitter module (DSMX). On the PC side, I installed an USB Orange DSMX dongle(dongle).
The radio is detected by Liftoff as "USB DSMX HID".
Problem at the calibration : when pushing the pitch stick backward, the start is OK (the "nose" of the drone is going up) but at the end of the move, the nose don't stay full up but go full down. On the other side, when pushing the pitch stick forward, everything is OK. Same with the other channels, always one side which at the end the drone is going full opposite side !
Is this normal ? if not any idea of what wrong ? Should I matter or it will work fine like that ?
While I'm opening this thread, a quick question also on how difficult it is to learn to fly. In liftoff there are several tutorials. How many hours of sim do you think is required to be able to perform figure of 8 (tuto nb 5). I know it's probably very person dependant but I want to have an idea, are we talking about 50 hours of sim, 100 hours, 200 hours ?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
John
